You can order an Alberta Death Certificate through Rangeland Agencies, but you must present the form and supporting documentation in person if you live in Alberta.
Death Certificates are mailed directly to the applicant in 7 to 10 business days. Death Certificates can be couriered to Rangland Agencies in 2 to 3 business days at an additional cost. You must present a valid government-issued photo id in order to pick-up your Death Certificate.
There are two types of Birth Certificates available:
- Birth details of the individual
- Birth details of the individual including parentage
